On October 30, 2020, Ahmed and Mohamed met to discuss finding solutions for SMEs/Corpartes they worked for addressing the consequences of inflation and the coronavirus. During their conversation, they were overwhelmed by environmental issues and were concerned about the negative impacts of traditional energy sources on the environment, at this point that Mohamed remembered his project idea, which he worked on 13 years ago while studying at faculty of Engineering it was an invention related to energy and reducing emissions. While talking about the project, Ahmed suggested finding someone to execute it as a product. This is where the idea of establishing a company came out, whose goal was to provide environmentally friendly smart solutions that would reduce high energy costs and carbon emissions that contribute to climate change.

After a month of discussions, they met Ramy and began discussing project idea, at this moment they discovered that Ramy had been developing an environmentally friendly device to improve energy efficiency for the past eight years. They decided to work together to develop both projects and named their venture "Juhhd" which then renamed to "JADEED" .

They began researching and conducting lab experiments, working long hours in the lab and the company under their own guidance and supervision.

The days and nights were filled with challenges and repeated failures, but they never gave up. They were determined to achieve their vision and contribute to the clean energy industry. They faced many financial and technical difficulties, but they insisted on pursuing their project.

After two years of research and experimentation, they finally succeeded in developing Ramy's device, which could be installed on engines to improve their efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and minimize carbon emissions, among other benefits. They conducted a test on 1,100 car engines and 10 electric generators, and the results were remarkable.

Within just two months of officially announcing their project, they gained widespread fame and received numerous awards and accolades for their environmental innovations and positive impact on the green energy industry. They became role models for youth and technology enthusiasts, inspiring many companies and researchers to invest in the field of green energy and move towards a more environmentally sustainable future.
